First planting of Siembra Azul was in this Arandas, Jalisco field in the 1990s. Time has passed; our traditions and faith remain.

Aroma
Prominent cooked agave with hints of citrus, notably grapefruit. Earthy undertones complemented by subtle mint and floral notes.
Taste
Sweet cooked agave leads, followed by herbal and grassy nuances. Anise and citrus flavors, such as lime and tangerine, emerge alongside mineral elements.
Finish
Clean and accessible, with lingering agave sweetness and a mild peppery sensation. Medium viscosity provides a pleasant mouthfeel.
